Mariam Khan

Mariam Khan has significant experience in civil rights litigation, cyber security, and intellectual property. Her experience spans computer crime, data privacy, copyrights and trademarks, and patent law. She has also worked on cases involving criminal appeals, child welfare, civil rights, and federal monitorships.  

She has previously worked for government agencies with a focus on public interest and welfare. She was a member of the Criminal Appeals & Post-Conviction Services Clinic at law school. She further honed her legal skills through a clerkship at Superior Court of New Jersey – Civil Division for the Honorable Judge Bahir Kamil.  

Mariam is dedicated to public interest work. She is equally passionate about innovative businesses and emerging technology.
