Jo Wu

Jo Wu has significant experience in civil rights litigation, general commercial litigation, white-collar defense, and corporate law. She has represented clients in a broad range of cases involving contract disputes, employment agreements, real estate transactions, intellectual property, and false advertising. Her previous clients include leading financial institutions, public companies, and high-level government officers. 

She has previously worked with a renowned civil rights attorney and then at a prestigious boutique litigation firm. She has also served as in-house counsel for a quasi-state agency. Her legal training is underscored by a clerkship at Superior Court of New Jersey – Civil Division for the Honorable Judge Keith. E. Lynott, the designated judge of the complex business litigation cases in Essex County, New Jersey. 

Jo maintains a deep interest in the fields of business, entertainment, hospitality, art, and emerging technology. She is also committed to human rights and public interest work.
